The Egyptian Dart Federation is set to hold a high-level press conference on December 2, 2025, at the federation’s headquarters to officially announce the largest international, continental, and regional gathering for the sport of darts in the Middle East and Africa. The conference comes just days before the major sporting events scheduled to take place in Sharm El-Sheikh from December 9 to 14, with the participation of 23 countries and more than 180 male and female players, under the patronage of the Ministry of Youth and Sport

The conference is expected to witness wide attendance from Egyptian, Arab, and international media outlets, as well as leaders of sports federations, individual sports experts, and sponsoring organizations. It will include the announcement of details regarding the four championship editions being held together for the first time, in addition to revealing the international protocols set to be signed on the sidelines of the event, the daily activity programs, and future development plans for the sport in Egypt and the region.

Dr. Yehia Abdelkader, President of the Egyptian, Arab, and African Darts Federations, confirmed that this championship marks a new stage in the history of darts in the region, noting that Egypt has become a key global hub for the sport after officially securing the hosting rights for the 2027 Darts World Cup.
